Asia There are no TMC services in Asia. However, TMC has been identified as a key technology to support congestion reduction and mobility in China, India and other markets and development is under consideration. A live demonstration of TMC was held in Beijing in 2005 as part of the European-Chinese ITS cooperation project co-funded by the EC’s Asia IT&C Programme, DYNASTY.
